House Update

Both the kitchen and bathroom/bedroom annexes are framed, but only the kitchen has a roof. The contractor came by tonight and went over the lighting plan with us as well as a few other details. We made a final decision on the siding and shingle colors after much contemplation. Trevor and I rode around for about an hour today with a siding sample...I've decided that he is color challenged. He kind of gets purple, khaki, and gray confused. Love you Trev! Anyway, at least he admits it. We finally decided on a siding called clay. I think the shingle color is weathered wood. So far, the construction hasn't been too much of an inconvenience, but next week will be the real test. The inside walls come down! We are still planning to stay here during the week if possible, but Josh and Janet have offered for us to stay with them if necessary. Pictures to follow...
